Of the five halls of residence of the Erlangen-Nuremberg Student Union, we present the second-largest housing complex, with 194 beds.

The Studentenwerk Erlangen-Nürnberg describes our residence hall as follows:
- 1996/97 renovated residential complex in a green setting.
- The two houses, each with 8 stories, are located in the middle of an oak grove, very close to the well-known Dutzendteich recreational area with many sports facilities.
- Good transport connections (tram, S-Bahn, motorway)
- Ideal for student teachers, also convenient for FHS students, well-developed cycle path to the city center.
- 192 furnished single rooms, all with washbasin, approx. 11 m² in size and practically furnished.
- 2 furnished double apartments.
- Common room on each floor (cable TV connection) with balcony facing south. Beautiful kitchens, modern showers and toilets.
- Residents operate their own telephones on the floors (individual connection possible in the room)
- Large clubroom in the building connecting the two houses with its own in-house pub
- Residents operate their own washing machines and tumble dryers
- Large bicycle cellar, as well as covered bicycle parking in front of the house
- Many free car parking spaces directly in front of the house and nearby, ideal for car owners
- Child care center on the first floor
- Data network and internet connection in every apartment unit
